About Erin Stewart
Erin began her career in the recreation and hospitality industries. Over the next decade while in her various positions, adventure, service and work relocated Erin to 8 states in North America as well as Italy and Scotland. She soon discovered a universal truth: when you live by values, you become a leader whom others respect and naturally follow.
She also made another discovery. After her husband was diagnosed with leukemia in 2012, Erin combed over thousands of job listings and found a common thread: companies were posting work opportunities looking for qualified candidates who are honest, hard working, had integrity, and various other values. While Erin had been taught and studied values from a religious standpoint, she had never – in all her positions at multiple companies – been trained on values from a corporate standpoint. These observations were the seeds for Erin’s Lead With Values.
She set out studying values-based leadership and over the next few years developed a business teaching leaders all over the world how to achieve greater awareness, recognize their thinking errors, discover and develop personal and organizational values, get focused on personal and professional goals and growth, and create progress action plans to achieve their desired changes.
Today, Erin focuses on values-based leadership development. Either through events, coaching or speaking, Erin works with executives and leaders, helping them develop the leadership competencies needed to lead with values.
